Company History

We started our Real Estate Company in 2004 as an Independent Company with 3 agents.  Iris Riley, Jim Davis and Michelle Breslin.  Each of us bringing the much needed uniqueness to grow and thrive in the Real Estate World.

Iris brings to our company, community expertise with 30 plus years developing relationships with our community through a local farm market and her own personal business of Landscaping. Iris has received her SRES designation and specializes with the Senior Market.

Jim brought 28 years of building homes in our surrounding area. Perkins Twp, Vermilion, Huron, Sandusky, Norwalk and much of the Firelands Area. His integrity and personality are known through out the Maple City. Jim is currently working on his Brokers License with the state of Ohio.

Michelle delivers her multi-tasking skills in communication, management, technical and advertisement background and mixes it with her Health Care Field Background of compassion, empathy, and relationship building skills to complete the Team.  Michelle is currently working on her e-Pro designation to keep savvy on the ever changing market. 

In 2008, We bought  Our EXIT Franchise.  After meeting our company goals for the past 3 years, it was time to grow and why not with the fastest growing Real Estate company in the World!  Since our transformation we are thriving and are amazed on how well things keep going in an upward direction. Our Team specialize in Buyers Agents, Listing Agents, FHA/VA, First Time Home Buyers, New Construction in Norwalk, Monroeville, Berlin-Milan, Huron, Sandusky, Port Clinton, Catawba, Marblehead, Clyde, Bellevue and all of the Firelands Area. 

We effectively service most of NorthWest Ohio with now 2 offices.  One located in Huron County and the other office is located in Sandusky County.  Our Sandusky County Office has Our newest and seasoned Agent/Broker, Walt Meggitt.

Walt brings 40 plus years of Real Estate knowledge with him.  He currently holds his Broker License and is actively practicing in Clyde and Fremont area.  Walt is qualified in Estate Appraisals and handles many Estate transactions. Prior to Walt joining our company, He has worked with Century 21 and successfully ran a private and independent Brokerage, Walt Meggitt Realty for many years.  We are blessed to have his knowledge and experience now with our growing company.
